Vegetable Stir-Fry - Sticky Ginger & Chilli
A vibrant medley of seasonal vegetables coated in a luscious sticky ginger and chilli sauce that balances sweet heat with aromatic warmth, served with thick egg noodles.
Ingredients: Thick Egg Noodles (flour egg and water), Seasonal Vegetables, Mushrooms, Fried Shallots, Ginger, Chilli, Lemon Grass, Palm Sugar, Sweet Soy Sauce, Peanuts, Salt and Pepper.Â
Preparation instructions:
- Allow meal to defrost in the fridge overnight
- Heat in the microwave for two minutes and thirty seconds
- Stir evenly
- Allow to heat for a further thirty seconds
- Enjoy!
