Join our group cooking classes at the Chirnside Park CIRE Hub—open to anyone 16 +. In a friendly, sensory-aware kitchen, you’ll prepare healthy meals while learning food safety, hygiene, budgeting and independent-living skills. Don’t have a kitchen, need new skills, or just want to socialise? Our qualified team tailors support to every participant, including those with higher or complex needs.

Youth Cooking & Life Skills

Weekly 3-hour sessions where teens gain hands-on cooking, budgeting, and seasonal-ingredient know-how. They make two mains, share one on-site, and take two portions home.

Cooking & Life Skills — All Ages

Weekly 3-hour sessions for all ages that blend hands-on cooking with smart grocery planning. Prepare two dishes, enjoy one as a group, and take three meals home.

1-to-1 Cooking — All Ages

Personalised lessons built around your goals and food preferences, held at home or in our kitchen. $60 co-pay per session; time by arrangement, with the balance billed to your NDIS plan.
