Select the dishes you’d like at least 36 hours before delivery. Submit your list by email, text, or phone, and our kitchen will get started immediately, ensuring everything is cooked, packed, and labelled.

NDIS / HCP Verification

If you receive HCP or NDIS funding, let us know. We’ll confirm your plan covers meal services, then help you pick a delivery schedule—weekly, fortnightly, or monthly—to match your budget and everyday lifestyle.

Delivery Notification

Twenty-four hours before arrival, we will send a text or email with the expected time window. The purpose of the reminder is to let you reschedule if needed and ensure someone is ready to accept and store the meals.

Meal Delivery

On the day, our driver will bring the meals to your address and, following your instructions, place them in the fridge, freezer, or on the counter, making sure everything is safe and convenient.

How Much Will It Cost?

When you place an order via our website, it will tell you the cost straight away.

If you have NDIS or HCP funding, you may be eligible for government subsidies. We will work with you to identify the best way to unlock your funding.

As a general rule, both the NDIS and HCP will only pay for the costs associated with preparing and delivering the meal - meaning you will need to pay for the food that goes into it which usually equates to around 20% of the meal cost.
