How Our Meal Delivery Service Works

Meal Selection
Choose your meals 36 hours before your scheduled delivery day. You can send your your selection via email, text, or phone, and we’ll begin the process of preparing your meals.

NDIS / HCP Verification (if applicable)
Contact us if you have HCP or NDIS funding.
Once we verify that your funding covers meal services, we’ll work with you to select a convenient delivery day, whether it’s weekly, fortnightly, or monthly.

Delivery Notification
You’ll receive a text or email 24 hours before your delivery with a set time frame for when your meals will arrive.

Meal Delivery
On the day of delivery, we’ll bring your meals to your selected address and place them in your fridge, freezer, or on your counter, as per your preference.
How Much Will It Cost?
When you place an order via our website, it will tell you the cost straight away.
If you have NDIS or HCP funding, you may be eligible for government subsidies. We will work with you to identify the best way to unlock your funding.
As a general rule, both the NDIS and HCP will only pay for the costs associated with preparing and delivering the meal - meaning you will need to pay for the food that goes into it which usually equates to around 20% of the meal cost.
We do our best to keep our meals affordable - our aim is to provide a sustainable meal delivery service while offering supported employment to those who require additional supports to achieve their dreams.
