Steak and Ale Ragout with Pasta
A delicious combination of of flavours that comes from perfectly caramelised onions and mushrooms. Slow cooked beef in a ragout of dark ale and fresh thyme. Served on a bed of pasta.
Ingredients: Beef, Beef Stock, Cooper's Stout, Mushrooms, Pasta (flour and water), Onions, Carrots, Tomato Puree, Worcesteshire Sauce, Butter, Garlic, Thyme, Salt and Pepper.
Preparation instructions:
- Allow meal to defrost in the fridge overnight
- Heat in the microwave for two minutes and thirty seconds
- Stir evenly
- Allow to heat for a further thirty seconds
- Enjoy!
