Shepherds Pie
A hearty, comforting classic, featuring ground beef and lamb, mixed vegetables and a rich gravy based sauce, topped with a layer of cheesy mashed potatoes.
Ingredients: Lamb and Beef Mince, Beef Stock, Butter, Flour, Tomato Puree, Potato, Onion, Carrot, Peas, Cheese (cheddar, mozzarella and parmesan), Salt and Pepper, Mixed Herbs (oregano, basil, parsley and thyme)
Preparation instructions:
- Allow meal to defrost in the fridge overnight
- Heat in the microwave for two minutes and thirty seconds
- Check temperature
- Allow to heat further to reach desired heat.
