Minestrone Soup
Hearty vegetable medley in a rich tomato broth, with pasta, beans, and herbs—a comforting Italian classic.
Ingredients: Vegetable Stock, Crushed Tomato, Onion, Carrot, Celery, Zucchini, Egg Plant, Garlic, Thyme, Parsley, Salt and Pepper, Pasta (flour and water)
Preparation instructions:
- Allow meal to defrost in the fridge overnight
- Heat in the microwave for one and a half minutes
- Check for desired temperature and heat in ten second increments until achieved.
- Stir evenly
- Enjoy!
