How it works

Three simple steps to chef-crafted meals delivered to your door.

Selection

Browse the menu and send your order at least 36 hours before your next drop. If you’re using NDIS or a Home-Care Package, we’ll confirm the funding and lock in a weekly, fortnightly or monthly schedule that suits you.

Preparation

Our chef-led, supported-employment kitchen cooks, portions, labels and snap-chills every meal so it arrives fresh, safe and ready to reheat—no shopping, chopping, dishwashing, or special equipment required at home.

Delivery

We text your two-hour window 24 hours ahead; on delivery day we place meals in your fridge, freezer or on the bench. Heat, eat, and savour the extra free time. Free delivery on orders over $90, and $10 for over $40.

My partner and I both work long hours and wanted to try something quick, easy and delicious for dinner.

The meals we have ordered have been simple to heat with great flavours and variety. Our favourites so far are the sausages rolls, chicken stir fry and lasagna. We are definitely going to make this a regular dinner option.

Food cooked the way I would cook it

I know I am biased as my son works there, but I love the beef stroganoff and the steak and ale ragout.  These are slow cooked just the way I would make them – except I don't make them as no one at my place eats mushrooms. This way I get to have them whenever I want!

Do you cater for specific dietary requirements?
Tell us what you need and we’ll work with you—whether through our pre-prepared meals, an in-home cook-up in your kitchen, or a customized delivery to suit your dietary needs.
We deliver within the eastern side of Melbourne City—up to 20 km from our Bayswater North kitchen. If you’re outside this area, just get in touch to discuss your options.
Yes. When the NDIS approves you for meal-prep support, you can choose either in-home assistance or our pre-made meals. You’ll still cover the cost of ingredients, but the rest can be billed to the NDIS.
Yes. HCP funds can cover the meal preparation and delivery costs. You’ll co-contribute the ingredient portion, and we’ll issue separate invoices—one for your HCP provider and one for you.
Just let us know at least 48 hours in advance. We aim to be flexible, but late cancellations may incur a small fee to cover preparation costs.
Every order helps fund our supported-employment model: all our ground crew live with disability and receive full training and on-the-job support—prepping, packaging, even delivering your meals—so they gain skills, independence, and a true sense of belonging in the workforce.
